SUPPORTED PRODUCTS
Bristow Solutions provides online remote repair service on most any brand desktop or laptop running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Physical repairs can be done in the greater San Diego area.

You don't pay until you are satisfied with my provided service.

If I don't fix your original problem you don't pay. I guarantee my work for up to 30 days from time of service. New viruses and/or malware/spyware problems are not covered and will be considered a new issue and require additional charges. If I find a virus that has corrupted your operating system, I will recommend you reinstall windows. You might need to contact the manufacturer if you've lost your discs.


PROBLEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Computer limited warranties do not cover some third party software-related problems. Nor does the warranty cover problems related to, or caused by, the installation of any hardware item(s) after the date of my original repair. I may uninstall certain applications that are known to cause system problems before I begin troubleshooting. I am not responsible for any lost data although I will make every effort to safeguard your data. Hard drives can die anytime.

When cleaning your computer's files for better performance, some data will be erased like cookies, history, start-up commands and other temporary files, but I will never purposely erase your important programs, bookmarks, favorites, email records, letters, photos, videos and any other user-created files.

Hardware problems can be diagnosed but usually cannot be repaired online. After I have determined exactly what hardware needs to be replaced or repaired, I will recommend you have that done by a local repair shop. You may still owe the diagnostic and other repair charges.

Computer training and teaching is limited and will be an extra charge.
